The 3rd Marlow 10 will take place on September 17th, starting and finishing once again alongside the River Thames in Marlow.
The event was conceived in 2021 to celebrate 10 years of the brilliant Runners' Retreat in Marlow. We have resisted the urge to add some distance to the event every year, but as a change from previous years, we will have a single race over the 10km distance only.

We've improved our multi terrain course for you; it's still absolutely beautiful, yet challenging. You'll see Marlow Bridge, Winter Hill, Cock Marsh & the Thames Path. The scenery is trail running heaven.​
